Important: By registering for the MR001 Championship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • All participants must be in good health and physically capable of competing in their chosen category.
  • MR001 reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any athlete who provides false information.

2. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal & disqualification.
  • Payment confirms your commitment to participate and helps us maintain high standards of organization and athlete welfare.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal information is collected solely for event-related purposes such as communication, scheduling, and safety.
  • Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • MR001 implements strict security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Media & Image Use

  • By registering, you grant MR001 the right to use your name, image, likeness, and performance footage in promotional materials, social media, press releases, and other content related to the event.
  • These materials may be used to celebrate your achievements, promote future events, and showcase the spirit of MR001.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Athletes are expected to uphold sportsmanship, respect fellow competitors, and follow all event rules.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.

6. Liability & Risk

  • Participation is at your own risk. MR001 and its partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
  • Athletes are encouraged to consult a medical professional before competing and to disclose any relevant health conditions.

7. Event Changes

  • MR001 reserves the right to modify event schedules, categories, or venue details due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Athletes will be notified promptly of any changes via official communication channels.

8. Communication

  • All official updates will be sent via email, SMS, or posted on MR001's official platforms.
  • It is the athlete's responsibility to stay informed and respond to communications when necessary.
