Premier Bodybuilding & Fitness Event in Africa

The Mr. 001 Bodybuilding Show is a premier fitness and wellness event that celebrates the power, discipline, and passion of athletes across the continent. First launched on 11th December 2021 in Mombasa, Kenya, the inaugural edition attracted over 240 athletes from East and Central Africa, with more than 1,500 spectators in attendance. The event also drew coverage from multiple local and international media houses, marking a bold and impactful debut.

Designed as a high-energy gathering for bodybuilders, weightlifters, and fitness enthusiasts, the show offers a unique platform for showcasing talent, fostering community, and promoting a culture of health and wellness.

A GROWING LEGACY

Originally conceived as a regional event focused on East Africa, the Mr. 001 Bodybuilding Show has rapidly expanded its reach and reputation. Today, it proudly hosts athletes from across the African continent, transforming into a truly pan-African celebration of strength and fitness.
